What is a social meditation?
Veeresh answers: 'Osho once asked me to 'take care of the people in the West', so I developed the Social Meditations as one way of doing this. In the Social Meditation, you encounter another human being as a focal point, like a Mandala, so that you can discover your inner being. Human connection is just as important as finding yourself. Social Meditation is a great way of getting fulfilling human connection and making friends.'

This meditation is ideally done in a group of people as it involves interaction with others, but using a mirror to imagine the other also will do. It is a 3 hours long process going trough stages such as anger, hate, sadness, laughter and joy and leads inwards to your own silence.
